Injuries to Children in New York are a possibility if Santa doesn't check the Consumer Product Safety Commission's (CPSC) latest toy recalls.  Every week, more and more child toys and products are placed on this national recall list because they pose serious threats and risks for injury to young children.

Our New York Injuries to Children Attorneys ask all parents to check this recall list before wrapping children's toys to put under the tree this year.  It's also important for you to check this list periodically throughout the year.  New products are added all the time, many of these products being common household items.

Baby Rattles by Toys Distribution Inc.:

These baby rattles have been recalled because they're likely to break apart and serve as a choking hazard to small children.  The item numbers involved in the recall is Item Number: 58083801 and Item Number: 308363.  These numbers are printed on the back lower corner on a white sticker.

Bugaboo Bee Strollers Recalled by Bugaboo Americas:

Nearly 10,000 of these strollers have been recalled because the front swivel wheels can lock while the stroller is moving, which can cause the stroller to tip over.  Incidents and injuries have already been reported.  The strollers were sold at Toys R Us, Buy Buy Baby and other child product stores across the country.

Circo Childrens' Travel Cases Recalled by Target:

Nearly 150,000 of these cases have been recalled because the surface coating on the cases contain dangerous levels of lead, which violate the federal lead paint standard.  The items were only sold at Target stores from April of 2011 to August of 2011.

Parents, you want to make sure that's Santa's bringing in safe toys and safe products into your house old.  Check the CPSC's recall list and check it twice!
